Matte hair product is the best option to me in humid country like Singapore.
This hair clay is easy to apply, dry up fast which is good for comb back style which has been pre set by hair dryer. End off with a spray and your hair will be good for almost a day.
Mild fragrance that is not overly strong to the nose. Washing off is easy.
Two thumbs up!

“For ppl looking for clay, pls give Indian clay a try. I’ve use before dynamite clay, morris motley, clay of the undead but I still go back to Indian clay. the best balance of hold, shine and easy to wash off. rly no horse run haha”

“Indian’s Clay hands down.
Got my 2nd tub from tpj, especially since I ride a motorcycle, after a hot day of riding in the sun, i take my helmet off, easy to style my hair back and it just lasts.
My hair doesnt get oily anymore either, sooo much better compared to Ueno grey it’s not even a fair fight.”

When I did not know what wax to choose from, Junhong kindly recommended the Indians Molding Clay for my needs. I needed something with a strong hold and a matte look and, boy, this did not disappoint.
I have tried several different products from mousse to gels. But this one has really surpassed my expectations. It holds extremely well and really does follow the saying “a little goes a long way”. I only have to apply a 20 cent sized amount and I’m good to go. Not only that, it washes off easily! My hair is approximately 3.5” in the front and 2.5-3” in the mid-back and it works perfectly fine. Just apply it after blow drying and you’re good to go.
One thing to note though is that if volume is something that you desire or find it difficult to achieve, not only is the blow drying technique important but like what Junhong has recommended to me would apply as well, hair spray. However, I didn’t apply any hair spray as that’s my personal preference!
Thanks for the product TPJ!

Here’s a review.
Previously tried Uevo Grey.
Good hold, relatively easy to wash out. But after 4 months of usage, I realized if I ride my motorcycle more than twice a day, it loses its hold and because my hair is oily, it becomes shiny as well.
Decided to look around for another product to try and found the Indian Clay.
Only been 2 weeks but this **** is amazing. Very strong hold, even after taking my helmet on/off 3-5 times a day when I need to keep visiting job sites. Not oily at all at the end of the day. Easy to wash off as well.

It does everything that it says. Super strong hold, matte finish. Would recommend if claymation/ MM tsb doesn’t hold, as I have personally tried those two.

The product is so great. I have straight thick and stubborn hairs and indian clay is just right to my hairs. Indian clay provide extreme hold and control and volume with matte finished. If you are look the product which give all day extreme hold and control with fullness of texture and volume, indian clay is the right answer. Washability for me is just one time shampoo is enough. I highly recommend indian clay. It is fantatic.

Been a long time support of TPJ and EBL taste as far as I can remember.
Chose EBL Taste for its strong holding power, but unfortunately like what most encounter, it weighs down on your hair and thus it compromises on the holding power overall. And it is not easy to wash off.
When I tried the sample of Indian Clay JH send me, I took the plunge and never looked back. I am at my 2nd bottle down. I even bought one just for my Hokkaido trip and the hold was so good, even the winter winds could not mess up the hair. And it is so easy to re-style even if the winds do get to you.
It is very light weight, to the point you need to get used to it. I just kept on applying it more and more as I was too used to the weight from EBL taste. But a little bit is enough to last the whole day. And it is VERY EASY to wash off. No residue at least from my experience and from comparing to EBL taste

“If you are referring to Indians Extra Strong Hold Molding Clay, I also agreed that it is lightweight yet has extremely strong hold and probably one of the strongest hold among the products that I have used previously.
However, I found that it is not easy to wash off. When you shampoo your hair once, you may feel that the clay has been washed off. But if you feel your hair again, you will feel that there is still some residue on your hair that you will need to shampoo one more time.”

“Anws, speaking of lightweight products. I went to re-try the sample of Indians Molding Clay that was given to me by leejhong bro. Solid stuff guys. Trust me. So far have not found a product that has a better strength to weight ratio (Probably even better than Morris) Extremely high hold yet extremely lightweight. Easy to wash off. I just ordered a full-sized jar. This is a holy grail product.. Trust me when I say it.”

This is by far the most strongest clay I’ve ever used compared to vantachi/ebl clay. You dont need any finishing spray to keep it in place as indians molding clay will hold your hair perfectly in place and still remain pliable to restyle. Just need a tiny bit to last the whole day.

I was recommended Indians Clay by Jun Hong and its going to be my Go to clay from now. My hair is super fine and always get weighed down and this stuff just keeps it volumised the whole day through. Thanks Jun Hong for the lovely product 🙂

Honestly I hardly do product reviews, I have been using EBL Taste for a good long time for its price; until my hair grew really long (I’ve fine hair). EBL has the issue of weight and hold that is good for short-medium hair but not as effective for medium-long hair.
INDIANS is hands down the BEST clay I have used. Guys with fine hair, please buy this. You will never have to change products ever again. It holds through the day and even a bit of rain, it has a light texture and is super easy to emulsify, only with this product I could say, a little goes a long way!

Sup guys, just received my order of Care for my cut daily shampoo from Junhong bro aka theprettyjerk. So along with it came a sample of the latest styling product that he brought in, Indians Extra Strong Molding Clay. Just used it for the first time today and gotta say that its pretty damn solid. So just gonna run a quick breakdown.
The clay itself is the dry type that you need to emulsify well before applying into your hair. During application, you can feel its hold instantaneously.. the holding power is tremendous, one of the strongest I’ve ever tried however it doesn’t yank or pull out your hair which is a good thing. Despite its high holding power, the product doesn’t cause your hair to feel sticky, in fact its really lightweight which allows your hair to move and settle naturally yet still holding your style. Kind of feels like a dry-like coating over my hair strands which keeps it in place.
Product has been holding up my style all day thus far (Ref 323 as prestyler; styled at 8+ am, time now is 7pm) Finishing wise, its a nice dry matte finish with lots of natural separation. Have yet to test out washability, but pretty much rinsed off my hands completely with just one round of hand soap.
All in all I find the product to be suitable for users who are looking for a natural looking, high volume kind of hairstyle which “moves and settles naturally”. If you’re one that prefers products to be stickier and which keeps your hair style completely locked in place, then it might not be the product for you. So far my experience has been great on the first use, gonna see how it performs during the next few uses!”
