So far I only purchased the conditioner. It’s good for people with sensitive scalp.
Usually my scalp gets itchy after using conditioners, but this one works very well. No scalp issues and fantastic for the hair. Leaves the hair light and silky.. and nice smelling too

Would say that this shampoo really works great! Hair has never felt any better! No more oily feel to my hair after using this! Customer service was really good too 🙂 replies were prompt and friendly. Delivery was made quick and easy too! Thanks TPJ!

“Bought and used some products from the smart ass Google programmer. Lols. Here are my thoughts.
Vogne Shampoo is in her own league as compared to most shampoos in common department stores that uses fancy words to attract your attention. Makes your hair really soft and silky, a result of the good moisturising effect. Great smell and post shower feeling. Also, its very suitable for oily and sensitive scalp like mine as I’ve been using it daily without irritation. Lathers up well too so you won’t have to worry about pumping too much.
90 degrees X-strong Wax. Matte finish look for people who want to have a ‘i have nothing on my hair’ look. Strong hold and extremely washable. Water alone can wash up to 80% of it off. Using any gentle shampoo would suffice since its so soluble. Smell is subjective. To me, if the smell is more pleasant, all the other wax stores can close shop. Use a nice smelling hair spray to overcome it or use your perfume/cologne to mask it, which ever floats your boat.
OS Fashion Sea Salt Spray. Provides great lift to your hair. It can create the illusion of thick and full hair even if you have fine and soft hair that cant resist gravity. Great smell and the orange liquid looks like an appealing soft drink!
Vogne Conditioner is given as a free sample. Thanks btw. Beats my Dove Damage Therapy Intense Repair Conditioner by a mile. Been using Dove conditioner for 2 weeks and my frizzy hair is still there. Just 3 application of Vogne conditoner and its fixed. No kidding. Its coming back since I used it up.
Pote Natural Organic Shampoo Shampoo. Marginally better in terms of moisturising effect than Vogne. Definitely more worth it than any shampoo in commercial stores. Even helped with my frizzy hair slightly. But I still prefer Vogne as its from Japan whereas Pote is manufactured in China. Preference only.
Carbolic Shampoo is good for deep cleansing your scalp. Charcoal removes any lingering hawker center smell if you’ve just dine there. Still acceptable for oily and sensitive scalps. Can’t determine about its effects if used daily since I only got a sample.
Kudos to your entrepreneurial spirit. Maybe one day can win Entrepreneur of the Year Award
Side note, the purple SilkPro Oil Control Shampoo is a real tonic for your dandruff. Makes them multiply like mad. Perhaps its my sensitive scalp. Try it if you want to confirm you can make snowflakes”

“My brief comparison for the following 3 shampoos:
Vogne Acidic Shampoo
Pote Natural Organic Shampoo
Q8 Carbolic Silky Shampoo
Smell before wash
1) Vogne – nice smell
2) Pote – gentle nice smell
3) Carbolic – very slight gentle smell
Touch on scalp during wash
1) Carbolic
2) Vogne
3) Pote
I personally find that Carbolic has a more gentle feel or touch on the scalp among the 3 shampoos.
Smell after wash
1) Vogne – slightly stronger smell than Pote but not as strong as other shampoos that I have used before
2) Pote – slight gentle smell
3) Carbolic – no smell
Hair texture after wash
1) Pote – hair is slightly more moisturized than Vogne
2) Vogne – hair is also moisturized
3) Carbolic – dry”

“Just received carbolic shampoo today and had a quick shower. Have to say the product is decent which really makes my hair feels drier and don’t clump together when dry. Has a nice smell too (not too strong). Best is makes hair easier to style”

“Just a little feedback or review on the carbolic shampoo sample I got. It’s deep cleanse my scalp with sort of charcoal ingredient and I can feel my scalp is much cleaner than all of my shampoo.
It does lather well for me. Not like you guys mentioned that it doesn’t. The smell also quite nice.
The Pote shampoo has a light citrus smell. It deep cleanse like carbolic but not as much. But if you want your hair less dehydrated after washing. Pote would be better. But if your hair is more oily. Carbolic should be better.
Now I alternate washing with Vogne and Pote. Feeling very fresh after washin my head now.”

“Thanks bro leejhong for the Carbolic Silky Shampoo.
http://i44.tinypic.com/1e5pqu.jpg
The bottle is 420ml filled with translucent black liquid (since it is charcoal). It has a gentle nice smell but probably not strong as Vogne.
During shampooing, it leaves a gentle feel on the scalp as compared to those shampoos that have a mint and cooling effect (which may be too strong for some bros with sensitive scalp). After washing off with water, my hair indeed feel the dryness as mentioned by bro gaoxing84.”

“Review of the Carbolic Silky Hair Shampoo By Q8 from LeeJhong!
Just received my bottle from him today.
Not a pro shampoo person but i need something to prevent itch from my scalp and cleanse my scalp!
So here goes…..
First impression – Smells like matcha green tea although the liquid is black. 420ML of black liquid goodness in a rectangle bottle with a huge pump!
All I need was a single motion of a pump and the liquid flows onto my palms that is just enough for my head lol. The texture is not exactly gooey as it looks but it does create a good amount of foam on my hair. It lathers quite well when i rub and scrub my hair and scalp. After rinsing with water, i raked my hair and i feel refreshed and dryness. Why dryness? it’s a good indication that excessive oil from the scalp and product that i used is being cleanse away fully, leaving me with squeaky clean hair and scalp!
I would recommend to pair it with conditioner in between days. Using this shampoo to cleanse away all the excessive oil and impurities and with conditioner to soothe your hair and hydrating your hair after the cleansing. Wait for the Q8 conditioner that LeeJhong might bring in! .
After air-drying, my hair doesn’t feel dry, in fact it feel soft. haha!
Pictures of what i received today.
A nice handmade cloth bag that is made by JH’s mum. This is a nice touch to the total packaging to show that he put his heart into his business and his mum is supportive of what he is doing.
Awesome bro! i can recycle and put stuff when i travel. haha
