Local Delivery
1) Local SingPost Normal Postage ($1.50 for normal items; $3 for shampoo items)

Shipping fees will cost $1.50 (orders containing non-shampoo items) and $3 (orders containing shampoo items). Packages are typically delivered in the next 3 to 7 working days, after mailed out. Depending on the courier’s volume, it may take up to 14 working days. Please note that local normal mails do not come with tracking and are not insured. Once items are being mailed out, TPJ will not take responsibility should the package goes missing in the process of delivery. We strongly encourage you to opt for Door-to-Door Delivery.
2) Door-to-Door Delivery (flat rate of $4)
*Note: Temporarily reduced to $3 (U.P. $4) due to COVID-19 situation
D2D delivery provides insured shipping at a flat rate of $4. Our permanent delivery promotion provides complimentary D2D delivery with spending of $60 or more. Deliveries are being made from Monday to Saturday and item(s), upon mailed out, will be delivered the next working day. TPJ strongly recommends customers to opt-in this, if the items are needed urgently.
3) Meetup @ Paya Lebar (Free)

Meet-ups are available on Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4.30pm. Paya Lebar MRT / SingPost Centre Taxi Stand (near POSB)
4) *New* Stores Pickup – Shopping Malls (flat rate of $2)

Choose to pick up buys at your convenience at your selected point, from the below conveniently located points^. Parcel can be picked up during weekdays and weekends (except for Blk 71, PNP HQ), during the merchants’ retail operation hours. Upon successful delivery to the collection point, Customer will receive an SMS and Email to collect the parcel, within 5 days. If parcel is not collected within 5 days, re-delivery charges will apply.
